Wilton A. Whitcomb is a Co-Founder and CFO of La Familia Pawn and Jewelry. In this position, Whitcomb is responsible for all financial, treasury and IT functions. He assumes the key decision-making role in the development of the company’s short- and long-term strategic operating objectives. Prior to his current position, Whitcomb served as the Chief Financial Officer of Value Financial Services, Inc. for 10 years. While at Value, he helped grow the chain of pawn shops to largest privately held chain in the United States. He also negotiated a $37 million credit facility to satisfy operating needs and lower capital costs.
Additionally, Whitcomb led the company's IPO initiative and helped oversee Value's merger with EZ PAWN.His background includes serving as the Controller for
Host Marriott Services, Inc. and Pepsi-Cola Company, Inc. In addition, he served as Manager of Financial Planning for Coca-Cola Enterprises, Inc.
