But our motives for maintaining always up-to-date Facebook and Twitter pages isn’t for bragging rights – it’s to make sure that we are always connected to our customers. We also have a wide network of customers who subscribe to our text and email updates. So, what are some of the benefits of “following” or “liking” us on various social media platforms? Glad you asked.

- It provides an opportunity for you to ask questions or provide feedback. Curious about when our next promotion will be or whether we carry a particular item in our stores? Leave a comment on our Facebook page! We also love it when customers provide feedback about their experiences with La Familia or alert us to concerns. After all, our company is about you and we’re fully committed to ensuring that you receive the best possible customer service.

- Coupons and other discounts. Did you know that our Facebook page has its very own “coupon” section, where customers can claim and print out great deals on all types of merchandise? Additionally, people who subscribe to our text service get these deals “as they happen” right to their own phones – no work required!

-Stay in the know about our “Deal of the Week” and other promotions. July got here so fast that it’s easy to forget it’s time for our wildly popular “Christmas in July” promotion – but we made sure to post several updates and announcements through social media channels to make sure that our customers don’t miss out. We also consistently post “Deals of the Week” from all of our stores that feature everything from discounts on big-ticket items – like riding lawnmowers – to 30% off deals on particular types of merchandise, like all electronics.

- Win big! We love contests, so we’re constantly holding giveaways and other types of fun promotions that provide customers with the opportunity to win everything from diamond earrings to courtside Magic tickets. But you have to be one of our Facebook friends to participate and get in the game.

- Birthday discounts. Who doesn’t love to feel special on his or her birthday? Well, it would be too difficult for us to visit each one of our awesome customers with a cake and chorus of “Happy Birthday,” so we found another way to wish you a wonderful day. Customers who subscribe to our email service get messages with coupons on their birthday that they can use in any of our stores.
