THE LA FAMILIA APP

La Familia offers a fantastic way to make payments without having to visit the store using our La Familia App.

The La Familia Pawn APP is available for Android and iPhone and can be downloaded by clicking on the link below:


MANAGING YOUR LOANS

  • First of all, you can have peace of mind that your items are safe and sanitized.
  • Secondly, utilizing our La Familia App to make loan and layaway payments provide a safe way for you to manage your items remotely and in a safe manner.
  • Third, you always have the option to extend your loan by simply making an interest only payment, saving valuable cash during these uncertain times.
  • Finally, if you have an item that expires, we are here to help! Just contact us for more information and we will review the options available to help get you back on track.

That said, if you feel that redeeming your loan is absolutely necessary or that you are in need of obtaining a loan or extension, you can visit us following the safety standards established by the Centers for Disease Control and our Federal, State and Local government agencies.

YOUR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY IF YOU VISIT US

We ask all our customers to follow the Social Responsibility rules below when visiting our stores. This will help us provide an exceptional, healthy and a convenient customer experience!

 Before visiting us

  • La Familia Pawn and Jewelry is open to serve your needs, whether it be a new loan or a retail purchase.
  • If you are looking for a specific retail item, it may be best to call ahead for inventory status so you can “know before you go” to minimize any risk of unnecessary visits. We will be glad to hold your item for you until you get here for same day purchases.
  • Customers do NOT need to enter the store to extend a loan, we have alternate payment options like La Familia Pawn App which allow you to do so remotely.
  • Please don't visit us if you're sick, have a cough, fever or don't feel well.Call us and we will work something out to be able to service you.
  • Please leave your children at home in order to keep social gathering to a minimum and minimize exposure for your children.

 What to do when you visit us

  • Bring your patience. You may have to wait in line outside vs inside the store during busy times.
  • Practice good social distancing – allow 6 feet of separation between you and others at all times.
    • When you are outside, stay 6 feet away from anyone else.
    • When you are inside, stay 6 feet away from anyone else and consider the ribbon marks on our floor to stay separate when you are in the store.
  • All customers visiting our stores are required wear masks or face protection for the safety and protection of our staff as well as the safety and protection of others visiting our stores.
  • Please follow the instructions of the person who is attending you.
  • Please do not rest or touch the counter or other items in the store.
  • If you are making a purchase, please ask store personnel to help you locate the item and allow them to handle and demonstrate the item for you.

Loans can ONLY be redeemed at the store where you originally processed the loan.

If your loan has expired and you would like to keep your items, but you are unable to visit the store, La Familia offers several different ways to contact us so we can help
